After spending years in accounting and finance leadership roles, I recognized that many businesses and nonprofit organizations needed more than compliance support—they needed a trusted financial partner who could provide clarity, insight, and strategic guidance. While large organizations often have access to controllers, CFOs, and dedicated finance teams, many growing businesses are left to navigate complex financial decisions without the same level of support.
I founded McCauley Tax Consultants to bridge that gap and provide organizations with the financial expertise they need to grow with confidence.
Throughout my career, I have worked across accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, cash flow management, tax compliance, and operational finance. I've partnered with executive teams, business owners, and nonprofit leaders to strengthen financial processes, improve reporting, support strategic decision-making, and create systems that allow organizations to scale effectively.
As both a finance professional and entrepreneur, I understand that every decision impacts the future of an organization. As a mother, I also understand the importance of balancing competing priorities, managing uncertainty, and making thoughtful decisions with limited time and resources. Those experiences have shaped the way I serve clients—with responsiveness, practical solutions, and a commitment to helping leaders focus on what matters most.
